It is controlled by touch if I leave it it says nothing if I touch I guess what it starts spamming words

Ghostalker Lite is designed to detect the tiniest of vibrations, movements, and changes in electromagnetic fields, light, proximity etc. It converts that raw sensor data into spoken words. Unlike other "copycat" apps which choose words at random, this uses the REAL sensor data only. If the sensors do not detect anything then it will not say any words. You can try moving your device somewhere else - even a short distance can make a big difference. Most professional paranormal investigators recommend leaving it running for some time to get the best results.

The app uses the REAL raw sensor data from your device to choose words from it's built-in dictionary of over 1000 words, or your own word list of up to 10,000. It does not choose things at random (unlike other "copycat" apps). The sensors it uses include vibration, movement, changes in electromagnetic fields, light, proximity etc. Hopefully that answers your questions.

i downloaded it and it said “hospital” “ambulance” “medicine” “die” a day before my dad had to call an ambulance for my mother because she was very sick. it does work and i hope my mom is well in the hospital

So I put my phone down and when I moved it it started talking so every time I move my phone, it starts talking so fake!

Just throws out random words when move. If you calibrate and leave phone still then nothing

Ghostalker Lite does not choose words at random. It uses the real, raw sensor readings to detect the tiniest of vibrations, movement, changes in electromagnetic fields, light, proximity etc. and converts that data into spoken words. This is why the instructions are very clear in placing your device on a solid flat surface and not moving, tapping or shaking it. Thanks.

crazy

so me and my mom went on this app yesterday and she goes “is this you dad” and it said father…. it then said a name that !3 used to call my mom when she was younger. another time was my mom asked how he died and it said “diane, hospital, cousin” my mom thought it meant die in hospital. my mom asked my nan if my grandad was related to anyone called diane… turns out he has a cousin called diane who was a bridesmaid at their wedding. my sister and her boyfriend then downloaded it and asked how his uncle died and it said ‘young’ his uncle died when he was 27 and it then said ‘driver, crash’ he died from getting ran over. One other thing is i asked it what happened to my friend last week (he got ran over) and he needs operation… and it said “loss, point, leave, face, breath, care and operation” which i found very scary… although it sometimes says silly words that don’t make sense but overall i think spirits can contact you through it using energy. 10/10 do recommend downloading if you want to contact a family member who has passed away or if your bored and want something scary.

very scary

a group of us all decided to do a seance in the woods, and words showed up that referred to our situation, like how at one point it said the word mother, which is my nickname, or how it brought up how we are leaving the place we did it tomorrow. freaky stuff just kept happening, and the scariest part is probably after the seance i deleted the app, and the app store said that i never downloaded it, only showing up after i gave my phone a hard reset.

It actually works?

Normally for these apps I wouldn’t believe them, but I sat by my basement door (people have been scratched in my basement) and obviously at times it didn’t make sense but when it did it said south multiple times not north or west. I ingored it at first until it said a female name and it kept saying south i finally walked south of me and south of me in my porcelain doll named Susan. Susan was the name that was said. This doll has also knocked over before into one of my candle flames so I think I’m convinced that this app does work.

I think they are data mining

After a few drinks, I downloaded this app to be silly. OBVIOUSLY your phone does not have the capability to detect or hear “ghosts,” and when you move your phone slightly, that’s when it picks up the most “activity.” I do think it’s probably data mining or something similar, because the words it used for me were eerily related to my recent text messages and google searches. It’s not that big of a deal, because most of the bigger apps i have and a majority of people have on their phones, like social media apps, do this anyways. That’s why I’m not actually upset about it, but i think they should be more upfront. I saw a review where the developer specifically said that they do not collect data, but it’s pretty obvious that they do. I just think it’s not cool to directly lie about something like that, especially on an app that’s mostly for children. Other than that, it is a fun “spooky” app.

Ghostalker Lite does NOT have access to any data on your phone. If you are unsure, please check the permissions. We would consider it unethical to do that and would be instantly removed from the App Store, so we don't do it. Ghostalker uses all available sensors in your device to detect things like vibration, movement, changes in electromagnetic fields, proximity, light etc. to pull out words from it's dictionary of over 1000 words. Nothing is chosen at random and there is NO data mining. I hope that helps.
