Description of Cycle Tracking

Cycle Tracking provides a convenient and discreet way to track your menstrual cycle using Apple Watch. Easily log your period, including flow levels, symptoms and fertility information. Choose to receive notifications for when your period or fertile window is about to begin. Features • Use the daily log to note flow level and any symptoms such as cramps, headaches and bloating. • Easily track results from ovulation prediction kits, or readings from a basal body thermometer. • Cycle Tracking will display a prediction for when your next period will start and your fertile window. • See current gestational age and log symptoms experienced during pregnancy in Cycle Tracking when you log a pregnancy in the Health app. • Turn on notifications so you can receive an alert before your period or fertile window is likely to start. • See additional detail including your cycle history and statistics in the Health app on iPhone. • When your phone is locked with a passcode, all your health and fitness data in the Health app — other than your Medical ID — is encrypted. Your health data stays up to date across all your devices automatically using iCloud, where it is encrypted while in transit and on Apple servers.

Reviews of Cycle Tracking

  • Needs improvement

This app feels like it was designed by males with limited input from women on what would be useful and lacks some of the key data points I’d like to see including a simple display of day count. I’d like to use cycle tracking out of convenience with other health data but I think I’ll keep using the Flo app until Cycle Tracking improves.
  • Love this app

I love this app but my only thing is you can’t make comments on the days. That’s the only thing that bugs me about this app.
  • Permanent App?!

It’s convenient that there literally is an app for everything, but goodness. I know my friends call me “gurl” and sometimes refer to me as “she” (in the Homosexual lingo sort of way), but I identify as a Cis Male.

Give me an option to uninstall the app. It’s annoying that I can remove the app from my Grid, but it always finds its way back after a software update.

I’m giving the app three stars because I’m sure it’s an amazing thing to have when the flows happen, but no more stars until I can truly live my male fantasies. 👍🏽
