I have a problem. Please Advise

I've been experiencing an issue with the ZAmericanEnglish app for the past four days.
In the first level, "Learn from Zero - The Time & The Universe," I am unable to open Lesson 5 (Lesson 20 - The Feelings). An error message keeps prompting me to report a malfunction, which I have done multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved. As a result, I am unable to continue with the subsequent lessons.
Could you please advise on how to fix this issue? What steps can I take to resolve this problem on my cellphone?

بعد التحديث الاخير لم استطع الدخول لحسابي في Z AMERICAN ENGLISH و حساب طليق حاول التواصل بطرق مختلفه لشرح مشكلتي ولكن لا جدوى ولا ارغب في فتح حساب جديد ارجو المساعده
