Too buggy app, think twice before purchasing Heatq
The app has so many bugs that I’m feeling desperate and realize this product simply fails to work properly.
I have iOS, the setup flow is buggy - I only managed to set it up after I watched the video on YouTube that shows how to pair it, why don’t get the step by step wizard right in the app? Why do users needs to go to YouTube to figure out how to set it up!?
The schedule setup did not work for me at all - it is simply not saving in the device settings unless you specify the schedule for all days in a week.
There are buttons in the app that I simply don’t understand what they are doing and what’s the purpose of them - tried to find some manual in the internet but failed :(
