Exercise
Exercising means moving around and doing a particular set of actions to: keep your body flexible, build up your muscles, strengthen your heart and lungs, control or lose weight. Using your muscles makes you build new muscle tissue to help with the work you’re making your body do. Working your joints strengthens them and helps them to move more freely. Your heart gets stronger during exercise as it beats faster to pump your blood. Exercise sends oxygen to the fat stores in your body. It breaks down the fat to release energy.
