Great app and highly addicting! It also comes with a great customer support. I contacted them about a problem that kicked me out of the game while being close to winning. I reported the problem with evidence expecting to only receive a ticket for compensation, but they ended up refunding me back!

This is the best claw game! And that's coming from someone who plays all online claw games from toreba to japan claw master. Japan Claw Machine is the only one that actually ships out your prizes pretty fast! I have won so much and get my prizes shipped in about a week.

DON’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED! Buyers beware! Please read all reviews where ppl won prizes and never received them. This is only a game! You will NOT receive any prizes. They promise that if you win a prize, it will be sent to the address you signed up for. It may be a fun game but my granddaughter won a prize after spending $55 on this app. After three months they contact you and say that the package was returned due to insufficient address. Then when you give them the same address you gave them in the first place when you signed up, they say they are shipping the prize out immediately. They never sent it even after another four months. When you contact them to ask where the prize is, what the shipping company is, and tracking number, they respond with “we don’t know, you have to contact the shipping company”. Which info this company will never give you. After this they will not respond at all. After ten months still no prize. I should have taken the time to read the other reviews of ppl who won prizes and never received them, even after a year.

Prizes may take a while to ship
I won a prize several months ago and it recently arrived, may take a while due to COVID. Otherwise it came in perfect condition
SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY
I spent 90$ between me and my girlfriend and they cancelled our accounts saying we couldn’t ship to the same address! The worst part is they’re refusing to give me my money back! Absolutely ridiculous, if you’re not gonna ship the prizes that’s fine but to refuse a refund? They literally just took my money! Please stay away! I’ve never had a problem using two accounts on Crane Game Toreba and I’ve won many prizes from there over the years. At first I thought it was nice that they help you win but IF THEY DONT SEND THE PRIZES YOU DIDNT ACTUALLY WIN!
