Personal Profile • Every employee now has access to his or her master data and is able to modify them. Vacation & Absences and Time Tracking • Before submitting an absence or holiday request via the employee-self-service-functionality of the app, you can see in the overview how many days of your holiday budget are still available. Planned vacations, the request-process and remaining vacation budget can be tracked live and transparently at any time. • In the sections „vacation & absences“ and „time tracking“, hr-managers are now in full control. Using the app, you can view every employee’s absence and time tracking requests and are able to either approve or reject requests. • The assignment of viewing and editing rights for time tracking has been optimized so that HR-Managers can use the app to determine exactly which employee receives which authorizations for this function. Login with Face ID and Touch ID • From now on, log into the app conveniently and securely via face ID or fingerprint sensor (touch ID) instead of using your password. Two-factor-authentication • As a further security feature, two-factor authentication (2FA) is now implemented, which you can activate flexibly in the app. Double-Context-Login • HR managers can now log on in two different roles: Equipped with appropriate access authorizations, you enter the app either as an employee with the usual employee-self-service-functions or via company access with the extended authorizations of an HR-manager. More convenient handling • The new slide menu provides an even more intuitive and comfortable usability for an improved user experience. The slide menu is more clearly laid out and offers shorter navigation paths and easier access to the various features. The animation is visually more appealing.
