tells you how many calories you burn, which helps when your calorie counting. it's really helped accelerate my weight loss. the routines are short but efficient, which I like. it's extremely convenient, you can do the workouts pretty much anywhere you can lay a mat or blanket. the exercises are simple yet effective. I definitely work up a sweat. with a low calorie diet, I've managed to shave off 9 lbs in 3 weeks. my tummy is noticeably flatter (people have commented).

I've been using this for a week along with change in my eating habits. I've lost 1 inch off my hips and went from 66.5 kg to 65 kg. I'm going to keep using it. My only issue here is the CALORIES. Devs, how accurate is the lost calories? It feels like losing 200 calories is impossible by doing only 10 min workout. Please respond. I'm really wondering about this.
