Subtitles bouncing in video
Using your tool to simply add .srt subtitle files to a video.
Seams to work fine except in the newly played video the subtitle jumps up by about 10 mm randomly.
Just wondering if you have a fix for this.
Appreciate your help because as soon as we get this sorted I will share to a large group who would use this straight away.

Update: User’s issue is resolved after using the ASS format of the subtitle file. The type of subtitle used by the user was not compatible with SRT format. The ASS format resolved the issue. The same is confirmed by the user on email. Regards Support Team Email: sofonicaltd@gmail.com
