I just started like a couple days ago and I already feel like I’m losing weight. it’s so easy and so quick. And they’re not that hard like some of them might not know some of the workouts but as soon as you start the first day, you’ll get a hang of it and then you’re just like oh I don’t know what to do I really like this app I would really suggest you getting it.

I started using this app and I have definitely seen a massive improvement 🙌 I love how you don’t have to pay and it sets you goals when your doing the workout it has inspiring messages such as don’t give up you’ve got this etc very good 👌

I love this app so much whenever I have a stressful day i just go on his app and it makes me feel better it is also really good with losing weight or staying fit it is also really fun amazing app would definitely recommend
Don’t pay for it
I bought the app but found out that after you complete a 30 day challenge (or if you forget and don’t use the challenge) the challenge is permanently shut and you can never repeat it! Why would you shut me out from accessing the apps contents? Sooooo frustrating!!!! I’ve almost had it for a year and I pretty much can’t use 3/4 of the app.
I don’t recommend buying this app. There’s no point long term and there’s no help/support staff available to help you with any questions about the app.
Would’ve given it a higher rating if there was app support and you could reset your progress (which was possible until recently)
