Somehow, all my videos were lost, and I paid yearly. Then, I emailed repeatedly. There was no reply, so I paid for a year in October 2024 and could not get what I paid for because it logged me off. It's not worth it. Don't pay. It also freezesebubbs

The videos you edit, export and save are all in your local album. If you clean your phone or delete the original video files in the album, the draft box in the software and your completed works will be lost and cannot be recovered. If you are already a member, please confirm that the Apple ID logged in on your phone is the same as when you purchased it, and then go to the App Store to download the corresponding software version. Click "Restore Purchase" in the upper right corner of the VIP page, and after verifying the correct Apple ID, you can restore your membership rights.Thank you guys for making this app now I can show it to my family

Update the app so many bugs
Please update the app and fix bugs, I like the app so much I use it a lot for good videos and edits on pictures but, it won’t never let me finish editing when it comes to exporting videos and whenever I try to edit or sort out the pictures in a video the theme volume goes back to 100% and stays there no matter what I try to do to turn the volume of it down. Please fix the app. Don’t make me have to cancel the subscription and delete.Show lessRodneymil21

this app is working horrible or better still not working !! I cannot edit my videos, I cannot remove the watermark, nor can I download my videos in the best version, it always tells me to subscribe and since I have already subscribed since June it comes back and closes and doesn't let me do anything !! pay $ 54 dollars for this !!Show lessmsngksiekd fodnf

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure that the Apple ID you log in with your mobile phone is the same as that at the time of purchase, and then please go to the App Store to download the corresponding software. If the member is not recognized, please click "Restore Privileges" in the upper right corner of the VIP page. I was charged 60 bucks after trying it out with the three day trial i canceled not more than an hour later if starting it and was charged 60!!!! are you kidding me?! I want my money back.

If you choose a free trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be subscribed to the paid service. There are instructions on the subscription page. The payment process is automated by the Apple Store. I love some of themes but it’s difficult to add songs from my music. I will purchase the songs from iTunes, saved it on the phone and unable to find the songs while uploaded from the app. Now I’m having another big issue, I was working on a file for my niece graduation tomorrow. I made all the photos arrangements and choose a theme. I saved the draft so I can add the music today.
Now I’m getting an error “This draft is damaged, you can’t edit currently”
It’s a lot of work and not enough time to redo everything but I don’t know what to edit. I restarted my phone if I delete the app and reinstall I will loose the draft I don’t know why I cannot retrieve this draft to finalize the slide show. Meanwhile all the past drafts I’ve work on I’m able to edit. Can someone help me May direct me to what I need to do?Show lessCianounou

Dear user, For question 1, there is a tutorial on how to import local music from your phone that you can refer to when entering 'My Music' in the background music section. For question 2, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damaged draft (likely caused by a corrupted image or video). We suggest that you try editing a new video instead.Absolutely Broken
This app has only one problem. I was working on a video and suddenly it kicked me out. I reloaded the application and it would not let me work on the same draft. It said quote, “Damaged Draft”. I could not edit or copy it. It wouldn’t even tell me what was wrong. I tried waiting. I tried remaking my draft only for the same thing to happen. None of it worked. I am uninstalling this app and getting a better one, one that will let me use it!Show lessManifold26

Dear user, I am sorry that you have encountered a bad experience. The "damaged draft" should be that the draft was not fully saved when it crashed before, so you cannot edit or copy on the same draft. You can choose to use it again Original video re-edited.
