Position a customizable 3D object (a box or a tree) on the map to have the app simulate its shadow at any time of year.
Furthermore the user can add a target spot near the object. The app will calculate how long is the spot under the shade of the object and how long in direct light.

In this update, we’ve enhanced visualization performance, improved the precision of shadow calculations, and made the setup of shadow objects more intuitive.
This app creates a calendar on your phone without asking and then the calendar can never be deleted even on a new phone that doesn’t have the app. It can’t even be deleted on the iCloud desktop site. It’ll never go away.
Response from developer
The app does not create any calendar without user consent. It adheres to guidelines and explicitly requests permission to access the calendar in order to save sun events. All events and the calendar can be safely removed, just like any other calendar event or calendar.
