Crazy controls
The games themselves are fine. Fun, even.
But the interface is counterintuitive. You have to keep tapping a square until it fills in the answer you want. They cycle through in order, so you’re not guessing entirely at random, but it can be pretty darn close, depending on the game.
Games with numbers, easy enough. Except some games cycle through 1-9. Some cycle through only numbers you can play (if the board doesn’t require you to fill anything above 3, it’ll just cycle through 1, 2, 3.
Games with pictures don’t have a logical progression. You just have to keep tapping and watch closely to ensure you’re entering the right thing. This is especially frustrating in the “Farmer” game, because it cycles through different random fruits each game. You can’t even memorize the order, because it changes with each game board. “Helium and Iron” at least has a consistent order, but which icon they use for helium and iron varies within the same board, which is disorienting.
They also recently added a “pause ads” feature which is more distracting than any of the ads that play on the app. It doesn’t pop up on the play area, but it covers the line where it shows your time and moves. It also doesn’t just appear, it slides, and the movement draws your eye away from the game you’re trying to play.
Altogether, what could be a very fun, relaxing experience becomes frustrating very quickly.Show lessUsernamesAreAJoke

Super fun set of games with short learning curves
A wide mix of puzzle types from spatial relations to sudoku like cross number puzzles.
Simple, easy to understand rule guides and a consistent user interface....Ethan1963
Great puzzles
I have loved all of this developer’s apps (except for the alchemy one) and love that there are so many to choose from. I don’t know if I will ever have the time to finish them all (tens of thousands!!) but I love always having more to do. Loved the Parks stand alone app and would love to see a Battleship one too!Show lessSteph….
Exceptional variety
So many puzzle types and so many of each type. Can’t speak highly enough about how much fun this is if you like “thinky” puzzles. The ads are minor and quickly dismissed. Honestly, just enough to look up once in a while and realize how much time you’ve just lost.knelson111
