Method Hockey

Divided into two sections Method Hockey has a full service gym to train athletes of all sports and as a workout facility for all people. Providing small group, 1-1 personal training, or open gym to work out how you like. Method Hockey features Max Out training machines that increase performance by focusing on eccentric weight exercises. The gym also includes heart rate monitoring using Fitmetrix to track your points and rewards in the gym. The gym includes a running track, free weights, treadmills, bikes, fitness equipment, squat racks and more including Max Out machines. The Hockey portion of our gym consists of 2 rapid shot shooting machines, 3 rapid hands, a skating lab and treadmill, a synthetic hockey rink as well as many opportunities to go out on the ice. The hockey part of our business allows customers to come in and use equipment on their own to improve their skills, or to work with a coach in a group or private setting. Many Hockey Clinics and Classes are offered as well.
