Two years ago this app was great and worked well. Since then it seems to have been rewritten from the ground up by amateur software engineers who have no idea about user experience or workflow.
It now has numerous problems that make it painful to use. For example, today I discovered I can’t scroll to the bottom of my favourites- the app crashes repeatably every time.
Who releases an app with such an obvious crashing bug? Amateurs, that’s who.
I now cannot subscribe to a venue- I must subscribe to an offering at a venue. That’s badly thought out.
Throughout the app, venue names are not shown where it would be really useful to see that info.
