i got the flash box booster in japanese for christmas. i wanted to add my cards to the app to keep track and there’s no option. can’t find the cards on there._Animal_Lover_

Can’t log in
I cannot log into my account. Have tried contacting support but the system will not send the message. I like the app a lot but now I can’t use it. Please help if your able to. **Update** Was able to log in last week! The app was working as expected then over the weekend the same issue is happening again. I don’t want to delete the app again. Please help. **Update** Wrote my update on Monday, got my access back on Tuesday, now it’s Wednesday and I don’t have it again. Why is this happening?
