Trash left in can…. Third week in a row.
The workers are not fully emptying both garbage and recycling cans.
Now I have last weeks kitty litter in my bin. This could be considered a health hazard.
This draws flies and other vermin.
Its unacceptable.
We pay to have our garbage/recycling picked up every week.
All our garbage, not half, not two thirds… ALL OF IT!
This is Unsanitary. The opposite of what Sanitation services are supposed to do.
Please see that this situation is corrected by my next pickup date, Monday.

The app is great. It Le s me know when my trash SHOULD BE PICKED UP. Too bad the staff aren’t looking at it. I guess they are short handed since Covid hit in March 2020.Ang33b

Yard waste was not picked up
Sage Meadow drive area grass bags were not picked up for a month. They finally made the rounds last week. Other than this one incident the service has been great. The APP is a wonderful tool. Bullwinkletnbullwinkletn

Someone finally figured out a USEFUL USE FOR the “Message” app.
Combine that with the POOR communication we get as to City Services regarding schedules, FINALLY a great big “THUMBS UP”, 👍, to the City…a Great, USEFUL use of a mass communication tool…but I’m afraid to ask how much it cost us?Ssmith1086
