Inaccurate and buggy
Two very important things for a taxi app, location and payment, both don’t work properly. Won’t take apple pay or card payments, even when they have an option for it. Drivers don’t use same map the app, so always trouble finding you and finding your destination. Nice drivers though.

Service is Terrible
Waited 20 minutes for a cab to show up that said three minutes away the whole time. Called up and asked where the driver was and I was told he is three minutes away. And 25 minutes later I call the driver who said to me “I’m at home, I’m not working today” great service 👍🏻
Not impressed
The taxi was late. The car smelled of sweat. The partition window was covered with finger prints
