    They added a new feature for "Available Shifts" and this is great for me. My main client has 25 hours, but usually I can get at least 10 more hours using the open shifts.

    My client literally has no cell service at their home but the app still works for me. I get a message that my information is captured offline, but then within a few minutes of leaving the clients home it updates the office.
  • Perfect app

    We chose this app because it works in the languages or our clients and caregivers (many Korean, Chinese and some Spanish. The rest are English which is the default)

    Good app. The only thing I don't like is that the tasks take around 8 seconds to load, but otherwise it's really good.

    I like this app. We used to have a different vendor before Ankota and the app hardly ever worked. Ankota's app is solid and I have had no issues. Highly recommended.

    This app has improved greatly! Easy clock in/out process, fill forms easily, document tasks, and more.
  • Atrocious

    This app just simply does not function. It doesn't fit a phone screen, I keep having to zoom in to fill in blanks, and then when I try to zoom back out I can't. Very glitchy - freezes every few seconds and I have to close out then open the app back up, and the info is gone. Back to square one, and the same thing happens. It took me about 25 minutes to submit one shift. Who thought this was ok to release to the public?!

  • Terrible

    I have to often delete this app because it freezes up and doesn’t give me any options for navigation. Once I reinstall it, which is time-consuming and annoying, I’m able to navigate until the next time it happens.

  • Can’t use Ankota

    Would not take my password so I reloaded it delete it and reload it now I cannot reload it this whole system is a mess I’m going back to using the clients phone
  • it just sits there and I have to deleted the I clicked in and now it didn’t go through.
