Horrible service
They lost a part of my package and instead of 18% of the full price, they made me pay the fee of the price+the weight, which increased the fee A LOT, as the package included boots.jytghir

2. ავტორიზაცია eeevery single time 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ დავიჯერო შეუძლებელია ამ საბაზისო ფუნქციონალის ისე გამართვა რომ
ყოველ ჯერზე პაროლი არ მქონდეს შესაყვანი? ან რომელი ინტერნეტ ბანკი თქვენ ხართ 😒
3. სადღაც ვტორიზაციის გვერდზე ინფუთსა და ღილაკს შორის ცარიალ ადგილზე! შემთხვევით თუ დაგეჭირა უცბად ავტორიზაცია პაროლის აღდგენის გვერდად გადაიქცევა და ასე 2 ჯერ შემთხვევით პაროლი შევიცვალე
4. პაროლის აღდგენა ეგრევე ავტომატურად პაროლის ცვლილებას არ უნდა ნიშნავდეს!!!! ვიღაცას ჩემი მეილი რომ ჰქონდეს ნებისმიერ დროს უნდა შეეძლოს პაროლი განმიახლოს?Show lessNatia.g

Terrible
Slow, disorganized; they have opened package with shoes I sent to a friend to Georgia, to “ make it smaller”. Then they have been asking her for same info over and over again; it seems like right hand doesn’t know what left does. The package cost below 300 lari( local
Currency) , they saying she owes customs fee that is goes against local law. Customer service is unhelpful and I will never use this service again. My friend still haven’t seen her birthday present after submitting all info , paying customs fee and I lost 115$. Stay away, use other companies.Show lessResquechick

Worst experience ever
For 7 days I have been repeating to their CS that I’m having issues with paying via bank transfer. The web acc or the app doesn’t allow me to proceed with the payment but Their rep replies to my emails and says everything else but how to pay via bank transfer. What a joke!!! I ordered a quadrocopter for $ 1200 instead of it they sent me an empty box! During the cut down procedure and just when accepting the goods, they steal expensive parcels!

Very disappointed
The app crashes very often. It is impossible to declare an item with this app. The website is also not working properly on either of my iPhones. What went wrong USA2GEORGIA? Do I really have to get on a laptop just to declare something? Who thought not updating this app or the website was a good idea? This is ridiculous!Show lessirida_space
Terrible service and support
All of the customs related service is a complete nightmare
Their support takes 20 minutes to answer over the phone
Forms for invoice uploads are broken
They require you to pay customs fee it in a non-standard manner, which just made me loose 30$
If anyone is paying for a customs - make sure you put your fiscal number after your name in a payers name field.
Overall please avoid them completely if possible, they are really unprofessionalShow lesstony-p-1
