  • Difficulties getting things accomplished.

    It’s been very difficult to get simple requests taken care of by the community team. They don’t seem to care about their residents at times. I was attacked by a dog one morning as it was running loose with no owner present, and now they will not work with me anymore. Like I did something wrong by reporting it. They neglected the property during a recent snow storm and allowed people to fall on the ice. They allow people to use the moving cart for days and don’t require it back so others can use it. It’s been nearly a week and they won’t get the buzzer box that allows family in to help those that need it to work properly. Packages have been taken behind the desk and no update on its location was given. I fought with Amazon before going to the front desk on several occasions because they wouldn’t inform me that they had moved it. And not cheap things either. Some approached $1000 in value, but there was no respect for others property. I have had packages disappear for over a week before finally ending up back in the package room. I pay way too much money for such a tiny place and would hope that I would be treated better than I have. I pay my rent every month and should be able to get treated with respect. Not so much here once they get that lease signed.
