Good enough
App functions as intended. It would be nice to get updates on maintenance tickets, like when they’re accepted and a time in which they think it’ll be completed.

I use this app to pay for rent and submit maintenance requests. Easy to use any time of the day. Plug for maintenance crew at The Quarry: These guys are the best! Quick to do great work. Peace of mind knowing these guys are here to take care of things. Thanks!

Don’t trust the Autopay
The last two months the autopay that I had setup (then re-setup after the first month) just ceased to exist and found out when my internet got cut.
Works fine for payments if you set up a reminder to go in but I’m out $100 on late fees as a result :/

Horrible
Hard to navigate app. Doesn’t have a “divide rent” option when there are clearly two signees. DNT is overall bad. Management is rude and exploitative. This apartment should not cost this much. Everything is made of particle board. Not a piece of real wood in the place. Trowbridge lofts is a scam and DNT needs to be put in check. They control too much of East Lansing. It should not be this expensive to live here.

I like the app. I would really like it more if the events were posted on here, too, instead of just on the doors to the community building.
