App issues
The kit itself is great, and after some time we got it working on iPhone. The app won’t work at all on iPad. We tried on two different iPads. It is a gray screen on one, and the other apparently “doesn’t support AR” used in the app, even though it installs and opens before giving us that message. Updated latest IOS app still give error
Website says compatible with iOS 11 and android 7.0 and later. But when you download app it requires iOS 12 so updated to latest 12.3.1 and got the app to open but now app says “Warning! iOS version is out of date please update to latest version and come back!” Well that made this $100 learning toy useless out of the box with a disappointed child and dad.Show lessFrustrating Fan
