All I get is a blank screen
Very frustrating. Got this cool laser printer but I can’t use because the app only has a black screen. I have tried downloading it numerous times. Very expensive printer I can’t use because the app is worthlessMphlaj
App needs a lot of work
If a product costs over $200, I expect the remote to work perfectly. The LaserPecker doesn’t have a remote, but this lousy app instead. The product is worthless without the app, and a lot needs to be done to make the machine as great as it could be.
- Random crashes- these happen often. And none of your settings are saved, so you will need to start all over.
- disconnects- the app will sometimes disconnect from device, and will show the main screen instead of the progress. You can no longer control the device with the app after a disconnect, even if you reconnect right after. If you are in the middle of a job, you just have to wait and hope it turns out ok. The only way to pause it is to unplug it.
- language- directions are basic. You have to learn how to use the app on your own.
These issues could be resolved easily; and they should be!

App displays nothing when launching
I’m using an iPhone 11 with iOS 13.3. The app has a completely Black screen with nothing. Multiple deletes and adds and still nothing.blooboy
Makes me register every time
The app needs a LOT of improvement. The app makes me register each time I connect to the laser. This is getting very old. The laser itself works pretty good for the cost, but the app completely ruins the experience.MK9000
Unable to use because of the registration workflow

Works great for me. Some rough translation spots but all in all works fine. As does laser it works with.crowbar47

Previous person rated the app 1 star for an app that is the companion for a hardware device that hasn’t been manufactured yet.
Maybe in the future, wait to rate the app to see if it actually works with the hardware?
As of now, it tried to connect via Bluetooth with the device, and since the device DOES NOT YET EXIST, stops on a white screen that says “no device found”.
