The Body Quest app is designed to reinforce curriculum content through the use of highly engaging technology. The Body Quest iPad app, which consists of an introduction and six lessons, gets students excited about nutrition by engaging their senses and using a game approach to facilitate learning.

Introduction to Body Quest: Food of the Warrior
You’ll meet the six Body Quest Warriors: Body Doc, Muscle Max, Graino Supa, Shining Rainbow, Fiberlicious, and Super Slurper. Find out where these warriors get their super powers—all from healthy foods and drinks! And learn what it takes to be a Body Quest Warrior.
Body Quest: Food of the Warrior Lesson 1
Identify your food fears and make a battle plan for healthy eating. In this Body Quest game, you’ll meet Body Doctor, a Body Quest Warrior who will walk you through your first challenge.
Body Quest: Food of the Warrior Lesson 2
Identify the four Battle Food Groups and the foods in each group. In this Body Quest game, you’ll meet Muscle Max, a Body Quest Warrior who gets his powers from eating meats, beans, and milk.
Body Quest: Food of the Warrior Lesson 3
Learn how to make balanced meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In this Body Quest game, you’ll meet Graino Supa, a Body Quest Warrior who eats whole grains to energize his mind.
Body Quest: Food of the Warrior Lesson 4
Learn the super powers of the Battle Group foods. In this Body Quest game, you’ll meet Shining Rainbow, a Body Quest Warrior who eats vegetables to build up her protective armor.

Learn how to make healthy balanced snacks. In this Body Quest game, you’ll meet Fiberlicious, a Body Quest Warrior who gets her powers from foods with fiber.
