What a mess.
Response from developer
Hi. I'm seeing your review only now. Sorry to see you weren't satisfied with the app. I hope you can tell from the lack of ads and the fact that the app doesn't require any personal information, that the intention is definitely to create a valuable and honest product. I've had it built out of my own funds, as a hobby project, as I'm passionate about tennis and the mental coaching that I do. The app is meant to be easy and intuitive to use and has been extensively tested by players, coaches, and parents of players. Their feedback has been taken into account. E.g. you can track only one specific mode, in order to keep it simple, and to allow the person tracking, to also just watch, take in, and enjoy the match. In the free version of the app, the tracking mode is Momentum. Considering you seem to have the free version, then this is what you can track - Momentum. Perhaps you are confused about what that entails. The intention with Momentum is not to track everything (through notes) but to allow the app to tell you when an important turn of events has happened - or to identify that moment yourself - and then enter a note. That way, after the match, there is a graph of the momentum flow of the match, together with your notes on specific turns of events, or important points. And it gives you a good base for discussion and match analysis with the player, your daughter in this case. That's what Momentum tracking is intended for. From what I hear, regular coaches use the Serve & Return tracking more often. But, I myself, as a mental coach, use the free Momentum tracking as my main tracking mode. Again, I'm sorry to see such a bad review. And I'm even more sorry that you weren't satisfied. If you have some suggestions on how I can improve the app, then please let me know. And if you need some help on how to put it to good use in supporting your daughter, then please get in touch with me directly. I'd love to help. Best regards, Ajdin
