I do NOT recommend you buy from this company! I am a teacher and a careful shopper. I purchased a pair of jeans from RTS and upon arrival, they were too big. I immediately applied for an exchange and was told to send them back with the tags. Since it was Christmas time and life was chaotic I misplaced the tags but only needed an exchange for a smaller size. I made that clear when I returned the jeans and paid $15 to ship them back to RTS, I did not expect a refund just an exchange. RTS denied my request just because I didn’t have the original tag. And told me I should be happy they returned the original jeans and did not make me pay for the return shipping! Outrageous! So now I’m out $95 for a pair of jeans that I cannot wear all because of a tag when the jeans were obviously unused. This is ridiculous. Any store that I have ever bought jeans at has always allowed for an exchange as long as you have the receipt and it is returned quickly. This business is a scam! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Thanks for your feedback. We do have a very clear policy requiring all denim to be sent back with tags attached in order to ensure the item is unworn and to maintain the limited manufacturer warranty. You did mark that your jeans had the tags attached when you were given an RA number to return them, however that wasn’t the case upon receipt. The jeans cost $64 and they were returned to you at our expense to avoid having to charge you additional shipping fees. Please note that requiring merchandise to be returned with tags is completely within industry standards and gives our customers assurance that we are always selling brand new, perfect condition clothing.
