Need help
I been using this app for over a year and I finally decided to do the yearly subscription but for some reason it’s not updating my Instagram page as well as I tried to log out and back in to see if it refresh and it keep telling me my password is wrong but I know it’s right
Idk how to feel about this
I had it for a few days, maybe a week and it was working fine. I would use it if people unfollowed me and all. But then today I click on Instagram and it says something about my account be suspicious for fraudulent activities due to phishing and that it’s temporarily locked. I had to change my account password and log back in. If this is the risk, I’m not sure if it’s worth the reward. 👎🏾

I downloaded this app for my 2nd Instagram about 3 months ago, it worked fine up until today when my Instagram was hacked and temporarily disabled through this application. I knew it was through this as it has happened to other people I know before and when I tried to use the app today it was telling me everyone had unfollowed when in fact no one had, at this time I was still able to use my instagram fine. But from the afternoon till evening my Instagram was bugging out as it had been hacked and kept coming up with a white screen. I would avoid this app.

Phishing attack after using “unfollow” buttons
If you choose to “unfollow” people from this app, then go back to Instagram - Instagram will not let you back in until you reset your credentials.
It recognises actions coming from this app as unauthorised.
The app itself is good for a free app and provides a little more insight than you get from other free ones. But just avoid performing actions within the app.

Incorrect stats
Downloaded a few of the similar apps to compare and picked up immediately that this app gives the most incorrect stats - showing those who are following, aren’t following. Anyways, everything seemed wrong through this on comparison to the reality and other apps seem more reliable.
Useless App - Total Waste of Money
I downloaded this app after going through the reviews and with the satisfaction that it had a decent rating on the App Store. I opted for a paid service as I was looking for a no nonsense app to help myself keep track of my work Instagram account.
It has been a total waste of time and money as the app has been the most ineffective of all Instagram apps I’ve ever used. It worked fine for a couple of days to unfollow accounts that were not following back but then that function stopped working altogether. Similarly, I’ve been unable to use other basic functions in the App. The daily report is as useless as the app. It doesn’t give any insight into the engagement data. A total waste of time and money.

Fraud alert on account when purchased
Downloaded and thought the app was great on the surface. Purchased subscription and was immediately (on my first click) notified that my account on IG had been locked due to fraudulent activity. Had to immediately cancel and change all passwords in all accounts to retrieve my IG account. That’s a huge problem if your linking to other accounts and now need to go back and change all passwords and then re-link accounts. Not worth the risk in my opinion. I’m a business and can’t risk IG deleting my account due to an outside app signing into my account and telling me who unfollowed me. Plus it’s from the time you purchase the app for information on your account so any past unfollowers or blocks will not show...

Rubbish!
Never have I ever downloaded such an app, and now that I have I realise it is definitely a big waste!
only had it for 3 days! Firstly I’ve not been able to use it for for two out of the 3 days, as It is updating or loading! Secondly the information is beyond inaccurate!! For example, it states how many ‘likes’ someone has given you, yet it is showing some people I never interacted with giving me 500+ likes. Ironic, since I don’t even have 500 photos uploaded! Thirdly, there is no way to contact customer services, and if there is, it is beyond poorly to find! Waste of money and time. Coming across as a big con in my opinion! Others may like because they actually believe the stats are true! I guess that makes them happy! Why wouldn’t it!
If one of the employees/owners of this app has read this. Please can you refund my money. Thanks!
