Need help
I been using this app for over a year and I finally decided to do the yearly subscription but for some reason it’s not updating my Instagram page as well as I tried to log out and back in to see if it refresh and it keep telling me my password is wrong but I know it’s rightJnuwigs
Idk how to feel about this
I had it for a few days, maybe a week and it was working fine. I would use it if people unfollowed me and all. But then today I click on Instagram and it says something about my account be suspicious for fraudulent activities due to phishing and that it’s temporarily locked. I had to change my account password and log back in. If this is the risk, I’m not sure if it’s worth the reward. 👎🏾Show lessidk how yo feel
Fraud alert on account when purchased
Downloaded and thought the app was great on the surface. Purchased subscription and was immediately (on my first click) notified that my account on IG had been locked due to fraudulent activity. Had to immediately cancel and change all passwords in all accounts to retrieve my IG account. That’s a huge problem if your linking to other accounts and now need to go back and change all passwords and then re-link accounts. Not worth the risk in my opinion. I’m a business and can’t risk IG deleting my account due to an outside app signing into my account and telling me who unfollowed me. Plus it’s from the time you purchase the app for information on your account so any past unfollowers or blocks will not show...Show lessQueenb4three
It doesn’t work - App is broken
I paid for a month subscription to get further insights on my Instagram engagement and ghost followers but the data is wrong. The app tells me my most engaged follower is also a ghost follower (meaning they’ve never liked or commented). This app seemed to be completely broken if it’s giving you wrong information. There’s no real way to report bugs as it’s in a different language. Please hear me out, don’t spend your money! I’m not sure if Apple gives refunds but I’m going to find out because the app would have been fine but it’s just doesn't actually work.Show lessBeeHemm
I need help
So this app is actually really useful and I use it a lot but today I payed the $4.99 and it said my purchase was successful , however I never got all the things that come with the pro version. I checked my apples account and sure enough $4.99 dollars where taken out so the purchase was successful but I never got the things. I’m not sure if this is something that I did wrong or if the app is messing up.Show lessAlexmk09
Unfortunately I regret paying for the yearly subscription
I bought this app in hope that all the others were wrong. I have been blocked by Instagram and I can’t view the people I follow at all. This is what happened, I unfollowed some IG users, immediately after doing that I went to see if the users I had unfollowed were still in my account. Unfortunately, they were. I tried refreshing my feed and it was never able to refresh back to 100% again within this app. I went back to IG and I was unable to see any of the people I followed. My recommendation, don’t use the UNFOLLOW option within this app, it will trigger IG and disable you from viewing your followers or other’s followers. If this app would work as intended without disabling me from viewing who follows me in IG... this would be a 5 star app. But because it doesn’t function as intended, I have to stick with this ONE STAR rating.Show lessMD drawer
This App Got Me Action Blocked for a Week
I downloaded this app yesterday and paid the $4.99 monthly pro fee so I could track and remove ghost followers. However, my account has been frozen now for a week and the pop-up on Instagram is noting the reason as, “Sharing your account with a service that helps you get more likes or followers goes against our Community Guidelines.” I know this app doesn’t do that, but it must have flagged something with Instagram, because this is my only Instagram-related app I have and now I can’t post, like, or comment for a week. While the other functions of the app seemed to have worked well, it’s not worth it if it freezes my account.Show lessanna.and.the.books
Actually works
It’s pretty legit. I thought it was like the rest where u had to pay, but you don’t pay anything as far as I know. The only problem is EVERYTIME I go to see my “tracked stories” tab, it exits the app automatically. I have no idea why and it really bugs me because I wanna see.
