Learning to use the app
Response from developer
Hi! Thanks for the review. Welcome along. As far as the notifications, depends how often, and how sensitive you’d like. If you want to know about every spike, set it to 1%. If just the big highs, make it 50% or higher. I hope that helps. Feel free to write any time. Cheers

What happened?

Please just feel to write so that we can help you troubleshoot. We assure you it works. The restart helps you get the latest version. You can also always redownload from the store. Let us know what device you’re on, etc. Cheers. Anyway, just write. http://schumann-resonance.org/contact
System down…[?]

Hi thanks for writing. I’m not sure what exact time you’re referring to, but things can go down when overwhelmed, sure. They look ok currently though 👍
No refund option available.
Response from developer
We have nothing to do with refunds. The appstore grants them. They don’t ask our approval.
Taking money?
Response from developer
I’m not sure what to tell you, except that that’s not a thing. We don’t have anyway to charge you. Please just ask the store for a refund, and thanks for checking it out. Cheers.
It’s a Scam!
Response from developer
Hey thanks for writing. There is no “live” data anywhere. It updates about every 15 minutes, which is a requirement of the measuring science behind it. We’ve a bunch of links in the resources tab if you decide to read up more. To see that we’re the current data just check the Tomsk site directly (again, linked to in resource tab) and compare the images. We’re just a convenient way to have those on your device. Hope that helps. Cheers. Also, the changes that made the big fuss were a week or more ago now. Look on the historical tab or on the Schumann-resonance.org site’s Archives for those.
Very responsive

Thank you for taking to the time to write, for your great feedback, and for using the App! Tomsk periodically moves their images, and this time they left behind a few joke images. Nothing has been hacked or infringed. We’re grateful to Tomsk University for all that they do, and in no way take any of the credit for their work measuring, imaging, publishing, studying. Yes, we have also spoken to them, and they aren’t ready at this time to either license others, nor to shut down all the people sharing their great work, on Twitter, Facebook, around the planet in every country… Anyway, the app should be functioning as normal again. Thank you for your patience, cheers.
Refund?
Response from developer
Hi. Nice of you to write. I’m sorry to hear that you feel that way. Don’t fret. The App store gives refunds without question. You don’t need our approval or anything. Thanks for checking it out anyway. Cheers.
Fix Tomsk by getting written consent

Just have images now of Putin
Response from developer
Hi thanks for writing. The University at Tomsk hosts the images. From time to time they change their file location and leave a joke behind for us. They should be fixed again now though. If you’d prefer, you’re also welcome to just get a refund from the AppStore for your $1.99 Cheers and thanks for checking it out.
