App and service mediocre
Both the app and service are mediocre. Ordering online makes no sense as the prices are extremely inflated at some restaurants and businesses when compared to purchasing direct from the vendor. Added to that are the ridiculous and inconsistent delivery rates and they STILL tack on a service fee. Ridiculous. Add to this the insane no refund policy, whether they get ot wrong or the provider, you can't get your money back... You have no choose but to accept credit for something you may well never use again. In app, the experience is no better. Sometimes you can't add items or have to scroll forever to find what you want. If you're ordering in St. Kitts 869toGo is better. If in Nevis and you have no choice, then order and pick up. This is their most backward delivery service ever.Show lessTakuro Nobu

By far the most unprofessional service I have experienced made worse by lackadaisical staff. I have used this delivery service at least 3 times and on all occasions have had payment taken before confirmation of my order being available, and on all 3 occasions have subsequently received a phone call letting me know what was listed on the app is unavailable. And then being told they don’t issue refunds??? A sham. If you are in St Kitts, preserve your peace and use 869 to go.Show lessDTTom15

Thank you for your feedback. Kindly note that our refund policy is clearly stated before you make a purchase. We issue credit vouchers so that in the even an order could not be completed, the customer can use their credit voucher immediately to buy something else. Credit card refunds can take multiple days to reflect on the customer's card and most customers have told us that they want their credit immediately to purchase something else immediately. It’s so nice to get food delivered from town to my house! The app doesn’t generally update the menus, so you generally get a call saying you can’t get an item you ordered, but it’s DELIVERY!Toodalem

The best app I have used to order food on. Delivery time is efficient and the service is amazing. The app runs smooth and I’m able to navigate it very easily and have no complaints whatsoever!! Highly recommend for people to use who are eager to order food and drinks.Samia_.x

Great app design user friendly as a customer who uses this app frequently i must say food orders are on time i have how ever stopped using this app as i have ran into multiple times of my order being wrong or missing pieces that were paid for no compensation or solutions by CaribeEats were made even though i reached out to them and let them know the problems i faced i just had to accept my money was gone and my order was never fully completedShow lessSnOmAn100
