  • LHR has severe mapping issues

    Dealing with SXM was hard enough with the stuck dancing plane. LHR is also full of issues and locks up faster. I don’t understand why planes can’t follow each other immediately, and sit there holding until a plane clears an entire section. If one needs to back out of a gate, a plane shouldn’t need to hold half a mile out. Keep the flow moving. Planes are on parallel taxiways, they get stuck and nothing moves unless you restart. All the planes I spent several minutes landing because they’re going an unrealistically slow speed to an exit they shouldn’t need to go that far to, and didn’t realize were on the ground and stuck the whole time were wasted because I can’t back the 2D map out enough to show the whole airport. I’ve run my battery down to 89% max capacity playing this game, love it. But I’m becoming more and more annoyed.

  • Great game, but some frustrating gameplay choices and too many currencies

    This game is super well done. The creator went into depth on so many aspects of the game, from the landing and parking simulators to the multiple different views that you can watch takeoffs from, to the fleet ownership and the airport construction. The only shortfalls for me are the overabundance of currencies, and the lack of ability to utilize two runways at all airports. Prague has two runways yet you can only use one which makes the gameplay kind of slow and frustrating when you have 40 aircraft in your landing queue and have to wait for each one to fully the exit the runway. Also the three currencies are too much. You need at least two to purchase new routes or aircraft and the cost is kind of high. Even if you spend 10 or 20 dollars on one you still are shot on another and it doesn’t get you very far. I would love this game twice as much if I were able to use all of my airports runways and the currencies were a little more obtainable.

  • Phenomenal game slightly ruined by in app purchases

    This game is phenomenal in terms of content. There is a lot to the gameplay and it keeps you busy for awhile. The only setback is the in app purchases. They are kind of expensive and you don’t get much for your money. Also to make any sort of meaningful advancement in the game you basically have to spend money. You would have to play for several months to earn enough tokens to unlock another airport beyond the default one. There are also way too many in game currencies so even if you buy one you need two others to really do anything. Purchasing routes is ridiculously expensive. It takes forever to get your airport to even regional status. I’ve played a decent amount and spend $5 to unlock another airport and I am still very far from being a “regional” airport where I get larger planes. It gets kind of boring just getting the same 3 small aircraft.
