Not a good user experience
When clicking on a notification the app does not open. I expect this basic but high priority function to work seamlessly.
The sign in experience takes way too long and as a result I often close the app without reading the content which the schools seems important.Where is payid?
Won’t log in unless I redownload every time

Canteen downgrade
I can’t order lunch for my daughter anymore, as in ordering from the daily specials. Instead it is the same 5 or so meals which get boring fast.Bátmàn
Please update to be user friendly
The interface on this app is too intricate to navigate easily. The information is difficult to find, the app does not always work consistently . When the app sends you information updates when you click notification it does not take you to view the information you are receiving which is pointless. Every time you go to the app you have to re- log in. Please update to be user friendly .Show lesspenelopea09
The app got worse
It use to be able to login automatically but after the update, it requires you to tap login and wait quite a long time.Apple.inc©
It barely works, and when it does it’s not very good
The app functions around 30-40% of the time, and when it does it is barely any help. The only reason I have this app is because there is no other way for me to know what my timetable looks like.

Pretty but pointless
With 3 kids at the school I was hoping the app would give more information than it does. When will we get important information regarding when SAC’s and assessments are? There are plenty of public schools that give parents this information and access to “live” assessment results.Majali3
Can’t get past Microsoft authentication process
Don’t know if the software works as tried authentication through Microsoft three times and just went around in circles until I got an error message.dteemelb
