Good tool
Overall a good tool to get around in the NEMT business. However theres space to improve.
When schedule is changed by management then drivers are not aware, no notifications. Then can be problematic to run a clear schedule next day.
Some times wont let you see next day schedule, have to log out and re enter my login info to get access.
I would appreciate a simple tutorial for drivers, as i have to explain everything to a new driver how it works and show YouTube videos.

Please Improve!
Two issues I’m having as a new user:
1. Not having access to signature option- if the first passenger isn’t ready and I go to get a nearby second passenger, I can’t get to the signature page until I either A. Get dispatch to reorder the calls, or B. Wait until I go back and get the first pick up -it’s a hassle to try and go “out of order” -this adds unnecessary steps aka wasted time
2. The ‘call customer’ option links to the pick-up number, which are medical facilities for all return trips -the option should link to the home number, not the pickup number -again, wasted time as I copy the number and open my keypad to paste the number before calling
These two things being fixed would greatly improve my user experience!

App works nice on my iPhone. Pretty straight forward and easy to use.
I think the entire system would be better if there was an option to toggle driver availability for scheduling purposes

Doesn’t give me sound notifications
This app works well with iPhone, the only thing is that I don’t get sound notifications and that’s a problem because I don’t notice my schedule change. Already check the app notifications and sound is enable, but still doesn’t do any sound
Loving the flow of this app
I just started using this but love the flow of the app. Can’t wait until more people start using this.

Responsive Team
The MediRoutes team is very responsive when issues arise. They are constantly making updates to improve the drivers experience. This app has come a long way in a short amount of time.
Mediroutes flaws
1. I don’t know why I can’t keep up with my time
2. Computer vs human error always happening
3. When management uploads it sometimes don’t connect to the service I pay faithfully
4. I miss the old way we use to work it was smoother before mediroutes.

Mediroutes team is awesome! Their tech support is very responsive whenever we have an issue. Nothing to complain about.
