Nice concept but neglected
Tried using the app as I’ve just recently joined a climbing gym, the gym uses this app to track a see routes (that’s what im told) I haven’t seen myself as it is impossible to get past the sign in page. The screen goes white and the green tab gets stuck to the top of the screen.
I see in recent updates of the app minor bug fixes where addressed however I think there needs a major bug wipe on the app or simply change the foundation that the app is made from as I see in other reviews the app has been going more and more downhill the the app’s performance.
I seriously doubt anything will be done from this review. But it’s sad as it’s the only app the gym usesShow lessIdea is good, app seems to be designed by amateurs
The idea of this app is great. I love being able to track routes I’ve done and the gamification of sending climbs can be fun. But the app doesn’t function well. You’ll upload a video beta and it’ll disappear (I’ve uploaded like 6 times and it still won’t show), app will crash or freeze randomly. Really needs better developers and testers.Show lessNice design, just missing a few features to be excellent.
Very well designed and easy to use, logging climbs is very quick, but some of the analysis could do with some work. It would be good to be able to sort the climbs you’ve completed by grades when comparing against others so you can compare the hardest rather than the most recent. The league table is also skewed in favour of people who log every climb including warmups, it would be nice to have a league of the top ten climbs, even though this would move me down the list!
I can’t find a good way to track progress either, maybe a line graph of points or top ten grades over time?
One more nice to have feature would be integration with health apps to help me with my health insurance, e.g. Google fit and Apple health.
It’s the most popular app with gyms, hopefully it can be the best too!Show less
