Wrongfully going in your accounts

Yeah, I give this app one star if that doesn’t make sense to me because they’re telling me I was here with a balance adjustment they’re saying it’s because I exploited a loophole and gain profits really cause all I did was transfer funds from Coinbase into BTCC‘s wallet specifically XRP from they were converted into USDT and transfer it into my future account according to them, though I exploited a loophole in the process of doing this and gain profits I have proof you can follow all my transactions logs that is absolutely not true, so yes, they get zero stars because they will go in your bank account or your trading account, let’s say and steal money out of it and claim it for some reason when it’s really not like a (balance adjustment) personally, I wouldn’t trust them after this experience they definitely don’t have 100% security score either

money withdrawal error

I deposited money through the bank, but there is no place to withdraw the money, the money just stays in the account. I think they are fraudsters and they do not contact me in any way and they do not help me.

Can’t withdraw my funds

This’s what I was told when I asked how can I take my money back to my back account “ I'm sorry but currently BTCC does not support withdrawals in the form of FlATs, you can withdraw to a wallet or exchange of your choice that provides FIAT withdrawals”

Can anybody help me?

Not worth the effort or risk

The app’s design is confusing, the incentives are misleading, difficult to withdraw your money without stiff (an understatement) penalties, and there is a fee for EVERYTHING on here. One day, in was making modest profits then the next day half of my balance was gone. These people aren’t trustworthy. Put your money elsewhere.

Hi, to help users with the fees we regularly roll out campaigns so users can earn coupons/vouchers to cover their trading fees. Given the crypto market's volatility, we suggest using Stop Loss/Take Profit settings to reduce risks. If you're interested, try copy trading where you can copy the strategies of successful traders and potentially profit from their expertise.

A very rigged and manipulated version of gambling.

Horrible system, this is what ruins the cryptocurrency industry this is not investing or trading. It’s gambling and you will walk away with a loss of some sort. It’s a complete trap that I won’t fall for

Unethical

The app promises money for just taking a picture of your ID, then it promises money for verifying your identity by taking a “selfie”. Now, I didn’t take time to read the fine print, but I looked at my balance after completing both tasks and it is still 100%, ZERO DOLLARS. I’m never going to trust an app that makes a general promise, that doesn’t follow through. In my opinion, I would consider this app a complete scam since It makes promises that do not materialize.

Fee to transfer a bit on the high part, but faster than anticipated

Perpetual

Your perpetuals are more or less like spot trading
While the % gets increased ( ie on a 10x perpetual if x token/coin goes up/down 10%, will show 100% gain, but the amount of let’s say Usdt, only 10% gain/loss
Maybe I don’t know leverage
Other than that, the withdrawal was faster than anticipated-a bit to much on the fee tho
