  • Bugs in rice

    The last five spinach Panera and tiki Marsala had bugs in the rice and one of them had a hole chewed into the side and lots of bugs in the rice.
    So repulsed that I can’t even look at a deep package 🤢
  • Great food, app defective

  • Don’t know what email was used

    Could not sign up for an account because it said my phone number was already used. But when I try to sign in, it requires an email address, not a phone number. Since I cannot remember which email was used, I tried a bunch of different ones with “Forgot Password” and never received a password reset email. Guess I won’t be using this app. No additional incentive to keep ordering from Deep either.

  • Poor app and rewards experience

    In this day and age, this app looks to be have been designed circa 2016. Not a frictionless experience. Top 5 things wrong
    1. No Apple Pay integration
    2. Save CC for future use doesn’t work. Every single time asks for CC info. Complete nonsense
    3. Feedback button is broken. Takes to Google page saying page deleted. I had a huge issue with an order. Don’t know how to contact anyone. What a debacle
    4. BIGGEST ISSUE - Rewards program is the worst. Every other place lets you redeem for $10 in meals. This place gives you a side free. Lol. Completely bad rewards program
    5. Finally, at the restaurant you don’t have your order waiting for you. You actually have to go up to the counter and ask them for your pick up order. What age is this -1999?? Counter people are always busy and there’s a wait. What’s the use of ordering ahead? Such a poorly designed experience. Start again

  • Cannot reset password

    I admit I probably messed up in setting up my account though whenever I tried to fix it I will never let me reset my password. I signed up using my phone number at the restaurant and seems like I do have an account but the app asks only for email.
  • Continuous errors can’t order

    Have been unable to order for weeks due to “Requested scope is invalid, unknown or malformed” error. Just doesn’t work
  • Herald square branch

    The staff at herald square branch is very rude
  • Food is never ready

    Almost every time I order from the app my food is never ready. Almost pointless to use the app since it’s just as fast to wait in line.
  • App doesn’t work AT ALL.

    The first time I used this app I forgot about the free feast (which you need to dig to find), so I ordered by credit card. Got to the restaurant 30 minutes later, and they said they never even received my order. Didn’t have time to wait, so I told them never mind and sent a message through the app asking for a refund. I NEVER got a response, and had to get the charge reversed by my credit card company!

    The second time I tried to redeem the free meal, and it seemed like everything was working. Got to the final page, redeemed the coupon, and it said “$0.00.” But the “place order” button was still grayed out and not working.

    Despite not being able to use the “reward,” it’s no longer available. Three strikes. I’ll just use Chipotle or something next time.

  • Great Well Polished App

    I wish all restaurant apps would built it out like this. Smooth and very easy to understand despite indian food being such a complex cuisine. Great job! Great food!
