Tried to charge for trip not taken
Set up a trip in advance. Wake up early to find no driver assigned. Make a new immediate trip. App says driver has arrived but they are nowhere in sight. Messaged driver in app with no response. Then app says they drove me 850m and that I need to pay $7.50 for this magical journey while I never left the pavement in front of my hotel.

Typical of Quebec: useless
Why did I expect this app to work. On the only attempt, unable to find cars.
All across Europe I can use the App Free Now and I am able to access local taxis. Here, in the largest city of Quebec, nothing!
