Payment transactions rejected
Been trying to make online payment many times but keep on rejected even tho im tried with 3 different bank debit & credit cards.
I redeemed my takaful 5000 points, sadly they took it eventho transaction payment are cancelled.

App kept on crashing
I have been trying to renew my car insurance using this app.. but the app kept on crashing and redirecting back to home page. It’s frustrating
Still unuseable
Currently on iPhone 14 Pro Max & iOS16.2. This app after updates still doesn’t work since the last time I tried using it 2 years ago.

There is a bug in your software which doesn’t allow me too write in my employers address when applying for travel insurance.

Been trying to get quotations for the motor takaful and it always crashes. You claim to provide 25% instant savings but the app either says I don’t have the certificate and crashes everytime I ask for a quotation. This is absolutely frustrating - step up your game and fix it!
Convenient
Apps has been updated. You can get your insurance quote and even purchase them via the app and get your insurance instantly!

Glitchy, unreliable app which doesn’t perform. Poor user interface and NOT user friendly at all. Complete Waste of time
