No offline work!?
It's ridiculous that we can't use the App offline, BEFORE Connecting to the machine.
If I am around and I want to work on my design, I can't.
You are forced to be home, close to the machine, just to use it.

Can not use my design snap
loaded my design snap and it will not recognize my machine innovis-is Xe1. So disappointed, been wanting it for two years, finally got it and I can’t accomplish anything.japan50bound
Can’t scan on hoop to transfer image to my New Innovis XJ1
I tried to take a picture to transfer to my machine and it said that it did not support my machine. I checked all the Wi-Fi connections on both my phone and my machine and it would still would not connect. Both my devices phone and machine have the same Wi-Fi
This is very disappointing because I was getting all excited thinking of all the stuff I could work on with my new machine. I even tried to get support from Brother, but it would not connect to the site.
That is why I spend All this money on this machine
for it not to recognize the app with my machine!

I have the Stellaire XJ1 and cannot get this app to find my machine. Yes I am on the same network Yama Yama Yama spent an hour na half on the phone with support to have them tell me to bring it in for service or send to brother for service! My machine isn’t even a month old! The snap app is the reason I wanted this machine. This and price point! Frustrated!Show lessJ.Monn
