Not stable....keep reloading
The application fails to load numerous times. I often times delete and add again from app store, just to launch. Purpose of an app is to make appointment setting and access easier. This is NOT the case with this application....often times easier to call and set appointment.
Missing location
What us to is the new app but what good is it if not all the locations are on it? You would think before you put the app out it would be complete

This doesn’t do me much good if the shop I visit (Foothill Ranch, CA) isn’t recognized.

Didn’t follow standard app design. When I go to toe in my email address, doesn’t involve iOS keyboard with all characters for inputting email address.
Bc neither app supports Keychain, I don’t know my password... but when I put in my email address on the Forgot Password screen, it just takes me back to the log in screen and I never receive the email to reset...
Just crappy, lazy design.. ☹️

Do Not Use - Doesn’t Work
This app is missing many locations and I was told by V’s Barbershop in person that this app does not schedule appointments correctly and to use the other V’s Barbershop app on the App Store (with the black logo).
Great Update!
It’s so easy to book my appointment with this app! I can even see if my barber is available!
