I spent like $20 on premium versions and was only able to use it for 3 days my instagram account is taelilbra i just want to unfollow people that isn’t following me back and i dont do do more than 200 a day but i have a pending purchase right now and it isnt allowing me to unfollow people like this is the 3-4th time this happened im so mad i feel like i wasted my money and i need a free month or somethingShow lessmarrrrriiiiiiiiiiiii

You should update this app as does not work and I have paid for it! It worked for 1 day so I thought you had fixed it so I paid for a year subscription but it still doesn’t work.. just times out. I would like MY MONEY BACKClare_pilatesandposes

Not sure how to tell when people actually visited your page. It just gives you a list and for all I know they are just shuffling my followers around when it refreshes. If they could time/date stamp when the person went to your page that would be a plus.mpsig13

I payed for a week premium and now it won’t let me use it I even tried on a different device when I click on a premium feature it says I have to oh when I click on pay it says I’ve payed but it won’t let me use the feature don’t trust this app I want my money backjjjjden

There may be a connection error that prevents the App Store from recognizing your subscription. You can restore those purchases with your Apple ID login credentials without having to pay again. After restore, if you are still unable to use any premium features, please patiently send us a screenshot of what the app says when you click restore purchase. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could send us the subscription history in your device setting.Trash app

I paid for the premium version of the app but after my phone broke so once I brought a new on I linked my old account into the new one so what ever I did on that I could do it on this one but to my surprise that every thing worked apart from the app it said sorry but our services are not available i immediately contacted via email because I read the comments on this app even though they were very bad but the developer of the app said to contact the email in a previous comment but they never responded so at the end I lost precious money and valuable time don’t install this appShow lesstntmasud123

Worked the first time. And Hardly ever again. I have to wait weeks in between unfollowing people. You have to keep logging out and logging back in. This is a very frustrating app, although it looks good and clear to use, but the ease of use should be better than this.LJtennischick
Don’t Buy!
I purchased this app to pay weekly so I could try it out.
When I first bought it the money came out of my bank straight away but it kept saying that I hadn’t bought it. I emailed a photo of my receipt and told them the problem.
I haven’t had a response after sending another email to them, I have waited a week for a response and now another payment has come out.
I’ve tried to restore the purchase but it is saying the payment is expired!Show lessamyp9996

I am so upset. I downloaded and like always it asks me to pay for it after I use it for free, and I immediately went into my subscriptions to see if it charged me (which none of these applications like this ever have) it charged me $32 and i didn’t even use it! I tried cancelling (which it says is fine as long as it’s 24 hours before the free trial ends) and I only had the app for maybe 10 minutes, so there’s no way I should have ever been charged. I’m so confused and I want my money back please.Show lesselksgirl43
