This game has been off since last week. When will it be fixed??

What’s wrong with the WONDERWORD app. It will not load on my iPad.

Cannot launch app
I love Wonder Word! My mom has the actual booklet series at home. I wanted an app version to play on the go but the app will not launch. I downloaded it but when I go to open up the app the circle just keeps spinning like it’s loading. I deleted it and downloaded it again but it did the same thing. I tried this several times. 🤷🏽♀️

I downloaded the app but I have never been able to open the app on my iPhone or my iPad. I’m not sure what the problem is. I love playing WONDERWORD from the newspaper but we are going to have to stop getting the e-edition due to the increased cost. I was so excited to see there was an app. I hope you will be able to assist me.

WONDERWORD will not run on iPad 10
Although it initially worked perfectly for a few weeks, this app now refuses to run even after being deleted and reinstalled, or having restarted the iPad. The app, when started, only provides a pretty blue screen with an enticing, but very economically sized, gear wheel. Very disappointing!
