    I have a preschool age child and the app is wonderful! I get a clear picture of her day, her emotions and activities she did! It gives me talking points at the end of the day so I hear more about the day than “it was good”. I wish the app was around when she was an infant!
  • I get to SEE my child during the day

    Ok, I had some issues with the app. There is a one star review on here that claims they suffered from the same issue I had. After I updated my iPhone, the app stopped working. Said I didn’t have any children linked to my account but I couldn’t get to “my account” in the app, it just froze. I tried everything. I deleted the app. I restarted my iPhone. I was in contact with Nurture Parent support. Everything looked good with my account. Then they called me to trouble shoot and the first thing they asked me to do was log out using the “log out” button at the bottom of the menu page and then re-log in. I hadn’t even noticed the button and/or that that was an option. And of course, much to my mortification, it worked.

    What’s the first thing any IT person will ask you when you are having problems? “Did you reboot? Did you try to log out and log back in again?” Yeah, simple solutions are sometimes the hardest to come up with.

    Anyway, tech support is amazing and super responsive. And he didn’t even laugh at how big of an idiot I am. I like the app. It works. I get updates and pictures and live streaming from the room. I get to see my baby when ever I want while I’m at work. Hence - 5 stars.
  • Garbage

    Is down all the time. Streaming rarely works. I wish daycares would properly vet systems rather than go with whatever is “hot” or “easy” and then raise tuition on parents for garbage that doesn’t work, and stresses out the staff.
  • Great, when it works.

    There’s rarely a day when both the live stream and student daily log both work. I can usually only see the live stream video OR see the log of what happened that day. For the last two days I can only see live stream video. There have been no logs for daily meals, activities or information update.

    We apologize to you for having this issue. We have looked into it and have a solution available. We have found that this happens when there is low connectivity of either WiFi or LTE. Please log out then log back in, then you should see both the video stream and the daily activity list. Thank you :)
  • Works great, until it shuts down your phone

    The app opens just fine and is a great idea but every time I start to watch the video stream, it shuts down my phone and restarts it.

  • Highlight of my day

    I love getting updates throughout on my children’s day. Easy to use and love getting videos!
  • Update broke the app

    The latest update to this app caused it to stop functioning on this iPhone 6S plus. The update required me to log in to my account, but when selecting the "Account" option to log in, the spinning wheel appears and never disappears. I am unable to log in to my account.

    Great parent app. It tells me everything I need to know about my kiddo before I knew I needed it!
