It works on Zoom and it is FUN!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I almost didn’t buy this because of what people wrote about sound and playing with groups remotely, but...I bought it anyway. It worked perfectly!
We played over Thanksgiving with family in three states, PA, GA and OR. We played for 3+ hours and it worked with no issues. Sound and connection was great and the games are hilarious. My sides hurt from all the laughing.
We used Zoom and it also worked with Facebook video. Totally worth it!Show lessIt worked perfectly! Fun!

Fun Games, but not exactly iPad friendly...
I enjoy playing most of the games on my iPad including Dictionarium and Joke Boat, but a small pet peeve of mine is the controls. When you open the app, it looks as if it was made for a console and TV, having controls like A and B along with a display that is wider than the iPad itself, which leaves quite a bit of black space. I don’t mind this too much, but when I try to use a keyboard as a remote control for the game, it doesn’t work. I would recommend the games itself, but I would not recommend getting it on the iPad. If you can, get it on Steam because you can use it on MacOS or Windows, even Linux. Overall, the games are great, but the interference on the iPad needs improvement.Show lesstatothepotato

I have a few jack box games and on the most they are good, however these games are the most boring, complicated and stretched out games I have ever played. Everyone was bored and confused ....

Our fam has been playing Jackbox for a long time. We where excited to get the newest version and play over Zoom with our friends during the stay at home order. But sadly the games on this version where lame, slow, and boring compared to others we had played. We thought the dictionary game might be like Balderdash but it wasn’t. Pretty good, just to clear some things up:
Honestly this pack is so much fun for me and my family to play! Dunno why some other reviews may say that the game is terrible, they don’t elaborate or give much info other than the message that they’re hating the game. If you have a party or are streaming this on Twitch, its perfect for everyone to play, since the controllers needed to play are just your phones and tablets. Push the Button is my personal favorite and I’ve had so much fun trying to bluff my way into winning as alien. My only complaint is that Joke Boat is pretty mediocre in its gameplay; we kept getting repeats of joke prompts which made the buildup get old really quick, please add more prompts guys.
