Y’all don't respond to mails, they send reminder for loans that have already been paid even when proof of payment has been sent to them and they still call you to pay for loans that have been previously cleared…..very mumu set of people and TBH y’all just making your app worse and dumb and dumber…… My advice is arvo should go work on them selves and have a preview of their emails 😡Show lessAnonymous kkv

I just paid my loan now with my bank card nd have been debited but is not reflecting on the app nd have called nd chatted with d customer service none was attended to yOmotoyenny

Very slow in granting loan and very slow in clearing off loans after repayment. It take 2-3 days to clear off loan repayment. Takes same 2-3 days to grant loan. I can’t give half star for thiseggboy jay
