Beware of auto renewals and Horrific lack of service!
I would give this 1 star if I could. I was former member following program. When they upgraded platform in late 2022 I didnt move with them and just stopped using.it was user friendly and I couldn’t get any customer service assistance. Apparently there is auto renewal I wasn’t aware and in 2023 billed me $150 for annual again. I went in and canceled BUT apparently my new account was on new platform-and my credit card which I didn’t consent to and in 2024 renewed again! I wonder how many others this has happened too?! Have been trying since 2/24 to resolve and finally got an answer from Sloane suggested I drop the dispute and she would “help me” … NOT so I have emailed many many times after to say I dropped dispute foolishly expecting her to refund the money. all my request inquiries and DMs have gone unanswered. 2023 I should have fought harder to reach them and find out that she STILL had my CC and auto renewals on. I finally set up account and got to new platform and turned off but I think it’s deceitful to act so compassionate and to take money $300 at that and not refund someone! So BEWARE if you have a problem you will NOT get an answer but if you care what she eats on Wednesday she will chat with you 🤦♀️ SMHShow lessDidn’t consent
