Love their food but the app is chunky at 113MB. So I just order from the website instead and still can login and get points etc. Not sure what benefit the app might offer over the website, but for my needs web works like a dream. Oh, the website no longer allows Apple Pay.

Great food, great service, great Appp and great value. I find ordering via the App is far better than ordering via the in store system.

Cheaaaaaaap
This place is getting cheaper, cheaper and cheaper , they are not providing the side sauce with their food anymore and when you asking them for some in the side they lie and saying that it’s already in the bag and also show their own nasty attitude.
Needs more improvement
The app has been updated for a better user experience, but it is still easy to make mistakes in the ordering process and there is no easy way to cancel an order when made.

An update to my previous review about how hard the app is to use. I will say, it does work in that the food gets ordered. After a while got used to clunky unfriendly interface.
The newly re-launched app looks promising…but, since updating, my local Mamoun’s location isnt even showing up I think the app as an option…

App is hard to use. It’s hard to order food!
For some reason the app doesn’t show my local location (UWS) under “Locations”. I have to first go to Order and then punch in my zip code every time
Love this place. Hate the app
User experience is horrible. App interface is confusing and doesn’t fit the screen. Unable to remove items from the cart. I just tried ordering and gave up. So frustrating ! Please do better because I love your food!!
