Issues linking accounts
I am having the same issue as many of the other complaints. I complete as much as I could of courses on the web version but when I log into the app it either doesn’t recognise my login or if it does login then none of my course progress is there. No response when I’ve tried to contact them. Is there a solution for this that I can try?

Can’t log in!
I’ve been doing my training on my laptop, now says I must complete a quiz on the app but I can’t log in as my credentials are “incorrect”. Even change my password still doesn’t work (I’m logged in on my laptop still!) Help...
No help when you contact Disney
I did exactly what it said on Disneytravel agents , I re-registered then signed in on my mobile, then it took me to the app. When I tried to do a training course it said I didn’t have any to complete. On the desktop version it has all my previous training courses and the ones I need to complete, but not on the app. I emailed the help desk and they said to follow the profile ??? No help at all

Won’t launch training
Logged in ok but training courses say I need a code? Works on desktop but some modules advise can only be done on a mobile device which won’t work?!
