Reviews of MOSSA GO

  • Usability issues with this new app

Guys, what happened? This new version did not turn out to be an improved user experience at all. The biggest challenges so far:
The touch responsiveness is sloooooow. To the point of being frustrating, as it’s so slow, you try to go somewhere or open something multiple times, because it’s not responding, and then you end up somewhere completely different, when the app finally catches up.
Why the automatic landscape display when playing anything? Obviously this should be an option, when you turn your phone/tablet. It’s easier to view video content. But why is it automatically rotating? This makes it a pain to switch between apps. I can’t be the only one who toggles back and forth between my playlist and Files with the program documentation up. The automatic rotation to landscape is completely unnecessary and super annoying.
Does ‘Loop Playback’ actually work? Logic and reason tell me that it would loop the playlist and have it start again after playing the last track, but that has yet to be the case for me.
Bottom line, I’m generally fine with being forced to use the app, it’s easier than the CDs. But if we’re going to be forced to use an app, can it be good?
  • Awful

I’m consistently finding new ways that I’m disappointed by this app. It’s extremely unreliable. It feels like mossa pushed us to digital releases and used the worst app developer they could find to save even more money. I was thinking the update would be better but I was wrong. It is not user friendly at all and I go into class crossing my fingers the app won’t fail me.
  • App Review

I love everything about the app. It’s a time saver and organizes all study, whether learning a release or a quick refresher.
